RSVP & Co is Sri Lanka’s very first pre-event agency that is fully equipped to take care of every minute detail leading up to any event a client may require, thus ensuring the success of the event.
With the gradual opening of the country after the pandemic, the number of corporate and personal events is increasing. However, with limited funds available to clients, the need to ensure maximum attendance at an event to maximize return on investment is greater than ever. Additionally, with limited staff working in organizations due to varying working arrangements, tracking and ensuring high levels of event attendance has become increasingly difficult. Sharing his thoughts on the concept behind RSVP & Cofounder Nevindee Amarasinghe said: “I have been organizing events for businesses and individuals for many years and one problem I have always encountered is the difficulty of ensuring that all pre-event activities are carried out without clashes so that there would be maximum attendance on the day of the event.After looking everywhere for such services in Sri Lanka, I realized that there was no such service in the country. Naturally, this made me realize that there is a great opportunity to create a niche market for RSVP services.As I have extensive experience in customer service, call center support and event management, I was able to easily lay the groundwork and launch RSVP & Co.”
