ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – More than Santa Claus is coming to town this year! The local princess show company brings some extra sparkle to the holiday season.

Hill City Ice Queen Princess Parties was established in 2016 by Beth Marx. Originally modest, the “Ice Queen” first took part in the Schenectady Holiday Parade five years ago, and the group has been part of the Capital Region tradition ever since.

“It’s a very magical experience when you introduce yourself and a child instantly recognizes you and runs across the room and hugs you,” Marx said.

For the 2021 parade, they have six crowned beauties ready to wave over the holidays on a Bowman Carriage carriage.

Fans of these ladies can rejoice as the parade will not be the only chance to see them during the season.

“We will be spending a lot of time visiting your king this year,” Marx said. “We actually have seven different dates that we’re going to do Christmas carols.”

At the height of the pandemic, Marx created Christmas carol tours to stay socially aloof and they were a big hit – sold out completely last year.

So if you are looking to stay cozy in your home anywhere from Clifton Park to Latham you can have a group of four princesses singing at your doorstep and taking lots of pictures with good girls and boys who are ready for a very magical gift. Christmas in advance.

Additionally, the artist will be presenting a full-scale holiday show – Royal Snow Sisters Princess Event – in Lake George on December 4.
