RICHMOND, Virginia – The Washington football team today announced a series of activations for fans attending the team’s training camp in Richmond, Va., July 28-31.

The team provides additional details on several of the activations and events taking place in Richmond for training camp. In addition, free Fan Passes for each training camp day are issued with fans who have signed up for the priority team’s training camp fan pass waiting list.   • Richmond Scavenger Hunt Passport: Fans can make the most of their time between sessions by participating in a Passport to Richmond scavenger hunt from Saturday July 24 through Sunday August 1. Fans who register at participating Richmond businesses by scanning a QR code, will be entered to win prizes, including season tickets for the Washington football team. This scavenger hunt will feature shops, restaurants, museums, and other Richmond family attractions. To view participating companies and to “register”, fans will need to have the Washington Football Team mobile app with notifications and location services enabled.   • Music by DJ P Knock: The team are thrilled to welcome longtime supporter DJ P Knock (@DJPKnock), to the morning and evening sessions to keep fans excited before and after the team takes to the pitch with upbeat music for them. fans of all ages.
  • Fan Appreciation Day: As part of the NFL’s “Back Together Saturday,” the week-long training camp in Richmond will conclude with a fun and eventful Fan Appreciation Day on Saturday, July 31st. Fans attending Fan Appreciation Day will receive freebies, have the chance to win prizes, and can participate in a vibrant rally-style team before enjoying a concert by local Virginia band, 10 Spot.   • Free vaccination and education station: The Virginia Department of Health and the Richmond and Henrico County Health Districts are partnering with Test Here to provide fans with free, walk-in Covid-19 vaccinations and training camp education. Receive your Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine without an appointment. Vaccinations are available every day, Wednesday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The City of Richmond Health District Outreach Team will also be on hand daily to provide education and information about the vaccine.
  • Promotion Ticket Training Camp 5 Days of Special: To celebrate 5 days of training camp in Richmond, the team will be launching a special discounted game ticket promotion allowing fans to purchase 2021 regular season games. offers will feature a different regular season game each day July 27-31 at a significant discount. The Washington football team will also offer fans the opportunity to experience several unique player engagement experiences. While in-person interaction with players is not available due to current NFL protocols, the Washington football team has implemented various opportunities for fans, including an interactive area for players as well as gifts autographed by the players.

  • Interactive player area: The Player Interactive Zone is a special area that fans can visit after every training camp practice to chat virtually with their favorite players. These one-on-one experiences will allow fans to speak directly (virtually) to current players on the Washington soccer team and ask their burning questions.
  • Items signed by the players: Fans will have the opportunity to receive autographed items from players every day.
